Research has shown that at least 70% of the workforce will suffer from imposter feelings at least once in their careers, but what are those feelings? Where do they come from, and will they ever go away? This course explores what these feelings are, what triggers them and what you can already do, right now, to understand your internal dialogue that keeps them alive. Once you learn to recognise what is fuelling these feelings, you'll learn how to put a stop to them, or aat least how to dial them down. An empowering course that is hands on, light, informative and easy to follow.

Find out what is meant by 'imposter syndrome', the 5 types associated with it and what it means about you if you're resonating with one of the types or more. Here we will explore in some depth what it is that you are going through in your every day life, what triggers you, and also explore how come you are going through these feelings to begin with.
There is a reason why these feelings and fears are here, and we will go deeper into meanings, typical behaviours, typical internal conversations and how come all these are still held firmly in place today. We learn to identify when we are being triggered for the first time and compare that with habitual triggers that were put in place a long time ago, and are now just on automatic repeat, for no real reason...
We will get down to the nitty gritty and explore ways that are tailored to each imposter type and which will help you in your every day life moving forward. You will learn to combat triggers with new understandings and put them to the practice in situations where you would feel the fears before, and see that you've now managed to dial these demons down so they no longer dictate what your day or behaviour are like!
You are now able to put all the learnings into practice and notice your confidence grow. You've learnt to recognise the voice in your mind that until now had you prisoner and now you know to recognise the lies and also the habits that were at play. By the end of the course you will no longer listen to the demons, but will operate from your authentic confidence and self worth
